foxy5218 Carla what you need to do was reread our convo on what I had involving the watch ! When you purchase a watch or phone the Service provider always connects it YOU CANNOT USE THE SELLER'S ICLOUD . THATS COMMON SENSE ! I stop trying to find an issue with the watch because there isn't any !
