Being that I am very customer oriented, I wanted to let you know that because the bra I sold you is unacceptable to you, I am offering you a refund for a return of the bra. I do not understand how it became "lumpy", as I did not see that when I shipped it. Cont.

lark1962 I do not understand how it became "lumpy", as I did not see that when I shipped it and it is not a padded bra. It could have been the free lip gloss I put in it. I also wanted to ask you what I could have done differently to avoid this in the future. This is the first negative feedback in 5 years of selling online so I do not want to repeat the same problem.
