Hi Carla! I appreciate you purchasing the heart necklace. Unfortunately I noticed when I was packaging the necklace to ship out that it had tarnished on the edges of the heart and even after cleaning it the tarnish is still their and I don’t feel comfortable selling it to you in that condition. So I am going to cancel the order. I hope you understand. I want to be sure what I am selling is exactly whats presented & if not that wouldn’t be good on my part to sell to someone. I’m so sorry!!

Thank you so much for purchasing the black and white dress from my closet.
I was getting it ready to ship and noticed a small grey spot on the back about the size of a round pinhead. It is not very noticeable and I had missed it when listing, but it is there.
If you no longer want the dress I understand, just let me know.
