achristine5 All my items you received were new. The eyeshadow pallete has fall out from the black in the corner from not coming with the plastic protector. I would not lie about my products and the fall out from the black in the corner can be seen in the picture. Also, I dont charge tax, that is poshmark. I apologize you don't like it but that's the way the site works 🤷‍♀️
