arae717 Hi Carla I’m so sorry to hear the boots you just bought are so stiff! They are genuine leather and are brand new, so that is expected. Give them some wear and they should loosen up for you (all leather does). I hope they treat you well and let you finally wear them!! So sorry 💗

raeraesarmoire I am so sorry I had to cancel the ring sling. I’m in the middle of selling my house and moving and I cannot find it. I’ve looked everywhere. I didn’t want to keep the order open since I can not locate it but if I find it before I move I will reach back out and sell it to you for cheaper than the last price because of this.
