I’m sure they are amber beads, before listing them I did some research, I used a black light and they have an iridescent tone that only amber has, it doesn’t work with plastic beads. But you said you wanted to keep it. I apologize for the delay in shipping too, but I'm guessing it was because of the Thanksgiving holiday. I have a pair (also Lands end) that I just took out of my closet in a gorgeous darker metallic, a copper color, in very EUC. I was only asking $10. Nothing at all wrong with them; just selling because they don't fit me anymore. But LOVED these jeans as they were my favorite. Hard to find in this color.
