3 stars was an unfair rating...the purse was bought a year ago from Nordstrom Rack. I have never used it. It has never left my home. The tags were removed with intent to use but then put back into the purse. The picture and business card could have been from the one time I intended to use but then didn't, or being stored with other purses in a drawer. Its a beautiful purse, 3 stars? really?
