Hello all! New here. I am a Tax Specialist & owner of Prestige Tax Service. In 2020, my husband/best friend, had a hemorrhagic pontine stroke that left him disabled at 49 (only 5% live thru this type of stroke). I am his FT caregiver, trying to run my business for over 20 years. I have 3 kids 31, 27 & 22. These 4 are my life. I shopped and dropped (lol). One day possibly I’ll sell my stuff, for now I’m looking/watching (I had to cut myself off).

eluxeight YES I DID it was supposed to deliver yesterday. I checked the tracking and I do see an issue. My sincerest apologies, It ran several lbs over so I used a new shipping company. USPS picked it up but it was supposed to go out with UPS. I'M ON IT!

eluxeight I tried to use the Buyer Conversation area to send you the tracking number but it said I exceeded the amount of times I could contact you, I didn't even know there was such a thing. So you didn't get my gift either 🫤 Thank God I insured it. I will track it down. I saw the delivery date and read it as delivered. Looking at it once more I noticed it hasn't delivered. Being Saturday I don't know if I will get through to anyone but of course I will try. And if no word tomorrow definitely Monday

eluxeight My apologies I have to message you here. I created a support ticket, I will go in person on Monday to follow up. USPS picked up the item but there is no movement. The weight was slightly under 7lbs so I paid for a 7lbs label plus insurance. I treat my buyers how I want to be treated so I sent you out a little something extra for your patience. I'm super reliable and have a big heart so I will get to the bottom of this, Plus its a huge box so it has turn up.

eluxeight Finally got a return call I was informed that there is a protocol for USPS to send a package over to UPS however the postmaster said it could take up to two weeks. The other package I shipped the same day which was was smaller started tracking today, therefore I am hopeful, I'm going to check up every day, if possible, lets give it till Monday if it doesn't start tracking by then we can figure something else out. The office does have it on camera which also helps.
