Hello! You purchased the Tory Burch over the knee boots from my closet. I am having a hard time finding a box that is long enough to ship in the Tory Burch box that it came in. Is it ok that I ship the boots in another box?

Hello, you just rated my Tory Burch watch one star because it needs a battery. I’m sorry you are unhappy. I honestly didn’t notice it needed one, but the watch itself is exactly as pictured. However, batteries are very inexpensive and it can be taken to any jewelry store for one. You are welcome to return it if you wish, but it is an easy fix if you like the watch. Again, my apologies about it needing a new battery.
