nuveluna @carls10 hi!! I haven't had any experience with trading (since items in my closet are only for sale) but trading is allowed on Poshmark. However, traders have to beware that standard shipping fees need to be paid and Poshmark does not guarantee you'll be receiving an item of equal value, which is why they overall discourage trading.
