poshbosstools Hi. This is Shalena. I sent your boots out within a day, but I see that they did not get to you. I am not sure what is going on, but I emailed Posh. At one point it said they were in Detroit. Usually they go straight to Ohio. Now when I check the USPS tracking, all the places the package was, was erased and it said it was updated today, but does not say where. Poshmark said we would be covered. It bums me out because they were really nice. I hope USPS still gets them to you❤️
