favoritefleur Hey, I'm not sure if ur new but wanted to reach out abt ur purchase w a rating <5 stars. the lulu u purchased was brand new, mesrmnts provided, shipped 1day, & wrapped w a card. Im not sure what the rating reason was (there was nothing written in the reason box) but in the future - purchases should be rated on the description/service. for sellers where this is a business - ratings r imprtnt - which is y we strive/spend the extra time to go out of our way to provide descriptions & ship next day.
