@drewsteelers7 yes I see that, I don't know why. I actually shipped them at noon yesterday at a post office by my job. I should have gotten a tracking notification by now. I just tried calling them but it's an automated system. Can't actually speak with a postal employee. I'll look for the tracking number when I get off of work today.

@lilcoby116 yes, I'm very sorry about the mix up and any inconvenience this may have caused. Your order was mixed up with another customers. He sent back the 11.5 yesterday, as soon as they get here I can ship them to you. You have to contact poshmark so they can email you a shipping label and send those back. I don't have another 11.5 low top or I'd send it to you right now. I do have white black high top Adidas football cleats available if you'd like those?

what the number of the poshmark ? @zitlallie1 and i email the poshmark and told them to send a shipping label ..............bc it was the pashmark support is that right ? and can we go to the post office and get a shipping label and tell them ship it back i i didnt throw nothing away when they shipping the cleat with the 9.5

@lilcoby116 poshmark doesn't have a number, there should be a page where you accept your package when it comes, that's where u let them know you got the wrong item.

Go to poshmark help and type " I recieved wrong item. It will tell you what to do

The other person told me that when your item arrives, you also receive an email saying accept or decline. You're supposed to hit decline and poshmark will tell u what to do from there

@lilcoby116 I don't have access to that because you got the email from them not me. Check the email message you got from poshmark when you received the shoes, then where it says accept or decline, hit decline. Then it will ask you why you decline and just explain why. But u have to do it right away cause I can't send yours till those get back.
