I’m sorry that you were unhappy with the Lacoste shirt? It was freshly laundered and very nicely wrapped / packaged for shipping. If you were displeased you should have contacted me before giving me a 2 star rating. The envelopes that I ship in do have paper particles and fibers in them. The shirt was in perfect and clean condition.

Yes the shirt was wrapped very nicely i definitely was impressed with that but collar looks faded and the white part on sleeve looks yellowed not sure if from washing. The two star rating wasn't about packaging but the shirt looked old.

@carlosac I’m sorry if you were disappointed. The shirt was purchased last summer and hardly worn. I would have rather that you informed me first rather than leave me a less than positive posting. If you were unhappy - I would have gladly accepted a return. I’m not happy if you are not....
