killerbabe Hi Carlos, I’m not sure if it was a mistake, but you clicked on all of the available boxes for improvement areas. I am a loss, bc I wrapped your package with care and included a thank you note, shipped out in the allotted timeframe. The shoes have been sanitized for your protection and they look exactly as pictured in photos. I don’t see how my responsiveness could use improvement, because you’ve never contacted me.
