bargaingirl66 @cjuarez29 , I just got notification of your rating. I had just purchased that Echo brand new from Amazon as a gift but my mom didn’t want it. It was never even taken out of the box so I don’t know how it had been programmed before. I always strive to give exact descriptions. If there is a problem, I will contact Amazon.
