carrieanne1216 good morning Carlos! I've visited Venezuela a couple times , Caracas by far was my favorite! Since you're "well-versed" in shoe, I have an extremely high arch, AND length discrepancy from a broken hip as a child. so normally one arch is always flattening. Anyway,lol.. since you have all the best brands for these issues which one personally would you go with?? hard to decide without actually trying them on... love them all!!!

vizzioshop @librabreeder yes, shipped everything yesterday! Usps usually scans the package around 8-9 pm. Yesterday I guess they were extremely busy and did it later. I wish the items were marked as shipped on posh when we ship them, and not when usps scans them, but oh well! Haha hope you have blessed day ❤️

vizzioshop @jtpatocka all the exchange’s have to be done through poshmark. You may choose not to accept the shoes and they will ask for pictures and decide if the shoes are returned or not. Out of that, there are no returns

vizzioshop @jtpatocka thats not true, We’ve sold +500 pairs with a 4.8 review rate. We accept all the returns that poshmark give us (5-10 in our life) but there is no way for us to accept a return the way you’re asking for it. Wish we could help, have a blessed day

vizzioshop @chamella hey, are you ok? I got the 6 messages you sent within an hour. The shoes were shipped and also they were marked as delivered. The only way shoes are marked delivered is if you as the customer decide to do it. 1 star review for that, does not make sense. I shipped the shoes in a timely manner and shoes area in great quality. Please contact poshmark for the shipping issue
