Hi Carly!! My zoom hardcourt shoes just got here & look brand new!! Only...they are size 6 & not 6.5 as listed. Did you maybe ship me the wrong pair by accident?

I also thought they could’ve been mislabeled by Nike so I compared them to my other pair which is identical just in ivory & they are in fact size 6 :( id love to hear from you so we can get this straightened out because I cannot wait to play in them. Thanks so much

@shaadez_m445 I’m so sorry! I thought they were 6.5 because that’s what I wear and I’ve worn them before. I guess I didn’t check the tag before posting. That was a complete mix up on my end. I think there is a way you can cancel the transaction?

Again, I am so sorry. I know what a let down that is after waiting for something to come in the mail and then finally getting it and it’s not right! If there’s something I need to do on my end, please let me know. I haven’t done anything like this before, so I don’t know what the procedure is now.

I appreciate you getting back to me. I’ve no idea the procedure either. Nike sizing can be a little incongruent in their shoes though. I know you’ve already paid shipping & if I cancel now, you won’t receive payment & that doesn’t seem right. They truly are in excellent/like new condition so I don’t want this to reflect poorly for you. It just sounds like an honest mistake & I wouldn’t even have thought to check the tag had they not felt snug without socks on.

There is, but I’m traveling & it wouldn’t submit without a photo of the item! so I just accepted them. I’ll find a girl I play with to give them to. Let me say that I truly appreciate your prompt shipment time,
