lcruz18 Hi Carly, I had a problem.picking up the jacket they were charging me an extra 28.00 for being In the wrong packaging ..posh said it will come back to you so you can ship it in the correct box

carlycdickson @lcruz18 hey Lucy! Just letting you know I still haven't received the package yet. Tracking says it's on its way, but no more info than that. I looked back to confirm I used a higher weight shipping label, and I did. I also emailed PM and they confirmed the box itself should have been fine, so I'm at a loss. Sorry again for all the trouble, I'll keep you posted!

carlycdickson @lcruz18 it finally showed back up! So I reweighed and double checked the postage and everything was good. After some research it sounds like certain box dimensions get charged way more (according to USPS, only in "very specific circumstances"). So although Poshmark says you can use any brown box (which I was told again with this incident), that's actually not true. This coat is pretty big so the USPS boxes I have on hand won't fit. Trying to find one ASAP and get it to you finally!
