I typically ship in 24 hrs but fell ill and got behind a bit. Second, my children were helping me while I was ill and it appeared my your order shipped so they marked it shipped. I track everything via spreadsheet and when I followed up, I did not find it confirmed. It has not yet shipped. Third, I cannot locate the earrings at the moment.

2020fashion @cabryan2 I took them out of their storage location to re-shoot the images and they were not returned to their original location. They are here but I have not yet located them. I have an enormous amount of jewelry and am happy to offer another pair. If it's ok, I'd like to continue to look for them over the next 24 hours and let you know tomorrow if I have located them. We've moved to a new inventory system and the transition has been a bit harried. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience

I am not trying to be difficult in ANY way, and I’m sorry if I am...I have gotten taken advantage of in the past by just relying on stock photos and not taking the time to ask to see the actual garment.
