darafrankel i just saw your review in the sweater you ordered and i. cannot stress how bad i feel that you just received your sweater. however, i can assure you that i shipped it out no later than 3 or 4 days after it was sold. i have no idea why it took so long. i am so so so so so so sorry. i will literally buy it back from you. this is actually insane

carlylanda @darafrankel I just reread and deleted my rating & comment before I even read your message -- it was ugly and just bad karma which none of us need more of right now. Just having a bad day. Now that I've read your message I'm glad I did. I trust you, these things happen these days. Sorry, no need to refund. It was otherwise clean, good condition, and as pictured. Maybe next year :)
