qfinder99 Hi Carly I’ve never had a case opened on any of my sales before so I don’t know the procedure or how long it takes Poshmark to resolve I left a comment and a picture compared to yours verifying your complaint, a return Is fine The jacket is in great condition I watched a you tube video on how to fold suit jackets so it doesn’t wrinkle, put it in a poly mailer for protection, please do the same so I could get the jacket in the same condition.I would greatly appreciate it dear and thankyou😊
