mgm2767 hi there i just purchased a fit bit versa, i accepted the order on the evening of July 6th because it charged up and i used it the first day July 7th and today July 8,the second day it wont even charge at all or turn on. I was just hoping we could figure out something out. It said it needed to be charged every 24 hours but ive only used it one day and now its not usable at all.

carlyhjelm @mgm2767 that’s super weird cuz it always just drained dead. Have u tired the resetting it where u hold the left side button and one of the right ones until the main fitbit screen starts up and the. U should be able to charge it after that. Cuz that’s what a troubleshoot site told me to do just now.

carlyhjelm @lsaluz noooo :( I’m so sorry I know they have been sitting there never used for a few months... was it the cans or the smaller sprays ? I looked online since that happened to a dry shampoo before and it said If it still doesn't spray, hold the can upside down after shaking it for a minute or so, then spray it again. The pressure buildup should release the softened matter clogging the nozzle. If it still doesn't clear, remove the nozzle again and push a thin pin or needle into the spray hole.
