pikku_sisu We recently purchased 3 sets of LEGOs from you. The first set we put together was missing 2 pieces. We’re now putting the second set together & there are several broken pieces. 🙁 Do happen to have any extra pieces from any of the sets? 😊

pikku_sisu @cbw211 I don’t know how the pieces were broken. Maybe when the set was dismantled. 🤷‍♀️ It doesn’t appear that the packaging had any significant damage. Either 2 of the pieces are broken and it’s missing 2 pieces or one of the pieces was broken in half and the set is missing 3 pieces, but regardless, we would need 4 of 4211628 to replace the damaged/missing parts. Also missing is 2 of 4211063; 2 of 4211415 and 2 of 4211415 from one set. 🙁

pikku_sisu @cbw211 The other set is missing 2 of 302101 (we substituted a similar size piece from another set we own since it was a piece that didn’t show). 😕 One set did have all of its pieces. 😊

pikku_sisu @cbw211 With regard to how the pieces were broken, they are “poles” and they were broken in half. Like I mentioned, either we have one broke in two or one half of two different poles. It appears to be one half of two different ones.
