fmtqwjx1 @cdoberenz hi. I’m glad you finally received your package and am very sorry it did not make it in time for Christmas. But I don’t understand how “I” could have improved “Ship Time”, as I shipped immediately, that day or the next, if I was at work. And why “I” deserve a 4 rating for Ship Time when I had absolutely no control over it once I delivered it to the Post Office. 🤷🏻‍♀️

cdoberenz @fmtqwjx1 if you read my comment I did mention the fact that I realized there was a delay due to COVID. Also just to point out the vest was advertised and sold under the “Men’s” category . When the vest did finally arrive it was too small because it is definitely not a MENS LG/XL. So I could have given you a much lower rating but chose not to. Your welcome.
