concierge @carlybaratt Thank you for replying! It looks more to be like dirt or debris. If you have a paper towel maybe rub it and see if it's more debris than a scuff because it actually looks like it may be okay!😉 I appreciate your effort! Are the shoes comfy in your opinion? @concierge

carlybaratt @concierge they are a little high for me but if you are used to 3 inch heels, they are fine. I’m not home today so I can’t investigate the mark more closely, but I don’t think it is noticeable.

concierge @carlybaratt Good Afternoon Carly... I took some time after we messaged to definitively decide if this was the right purchase for me. Regarding the slight blemish on the heel, as I'm looking to try a different shoe brand. So I saw the Neiman Marcus brand/style and thought to give them a try. I'm hoping the shoes will be a good fit as I'm a bit older now 3-3.5 inches is where be better for me! I would like move forward with this purchase to honor my initial word.
