I'm sorry ..i marked these back up..had them on sale & marked down $20 for a month on sale but got a lot of lowball offers. Really in new condition. I only wore once and probably worn 2 or 3 times by previous seller from another site. I am just looking to make back what i spent...i will get back to you soon and we can take it from there if you want to put in an offer ☺

nancy1166 @carmenbarreto ok..laying flat they measure ..below the knee 7 in. That's from seam to seam..otherwise flat its 8 in. If that makes sense . Hips..below the button fly is 20.25 in..just laying flat, not seam to seam. Waist flat..across the back is a hair over 16.5. I hope this helps and i didn't confuse you. Oh ..leg opening flat is 7.25 in.

nancy1166 @carmenbarreto fabric content is 98% Cotton 2% Elastane. So yes there is stretch and these do give as you where them into more of a boyfriend style...just a little to big for me.
