erikahaviland Hello. I am commenting off the post to talk about the shoes you purchased. What do you think the easiest way to make the exchange is? If we cancelled this one would they give you a return label for the shoes to send back, rebuy the new, correct shoes and I can head to post office today??

kcmel87 @erikahaviland if you go under account settings, there's something called support center. I'm a little confused about how to get their assistance quickly as it seems everything is via the case portal.

erikahaviland @kcmel87 their refund policy looks like they should get back within a day or two and provide return label and then I think the shoes will have to be repurchased.

kcmel87 @erikahaviland Hello, I just checked the tracking and it's delayed 😢 this is the latest update. Not sure why it's so delayed when it's supposed to be USPS priority and was supposed to arrive by last Saturday! Please keep me posted. Tracking Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. In-Transit February 26, 2019 In Transit to Next Facility

kcmel87 @erikahaviland Are you ever going to re list the shoes that I purchased? I've been dealing with this issue now for 3 weeks just for this purchase that was mailed super late, then I got the wrong item, then I had to trek to the post office, buy a box because the shoes were mailed in a Publix bag wrapper, and mail it back and then I got radio silence despite my updating you several times. I think I've been as kind and as patient as possible but this is kinda ridiculous!
