Hi Carmel, Are you canceling your order for the Birks?I prefer you cancel the order yourself as I do not need to get another warning from Poshmark for canceling orders as I have gotten before doing it for other buyers who changed their minds.If you don't cancel by Tuesday at 9a.m., I will assume you want the Birksand will mail them as I don't want to ruin my shipping stats.Hopefully Poshmark will cancel it for you if you contacted them.I will wait on your reply until Tuesday.

@catknip I'm really working on them to cancel. Emails take 24 hours to be looked at, they keep sending me canned responses. Such terrible customer service, almost can't believe it!

@carmelatrix I am just mailing this as my comments are disappearing now. Why would you camplain to Poshmark that I hadn't shipped? I really don't know what is going on except you are trying to ruin my stats on shipping and and want me to take the hit on cancellations. You can reposh if you want but I am tired of this nonsense.I will be reporting this to poshmark (not that they will care). Why did you tell me they were cancelling your order only to get the "reminder"?

@catknip I did not at all! I asked them to cancel on behalf of me. I didn't complain about you at all!! I complained about their software and customer service, not yours, you've been awesome. Did they say something??!!

@carmelatrix Why did they send me this if you did not complain. "Poshmark sent me this "Reminder to ship your Poshmark order: "New Birkenstock Papillio Fanny Anthracite suede 36" Inbox"..I have sold 100s of items on Poshmark and never received that before! They obviously have not heard from you that you want to cancel the order. This has been going on since Saturday . I do not know if you are going to complain if I cancel. I see I have already got the late ship notice (a first).

@catknip I see you shipped, you kindly offered to cancel for me. I was trying my absolute best to deal with Poshmark customer service to get them to cancel for me so you didn't get dinged. Then you shipped anway, why do you go back on your offer when I was doing what you asked?

I am already "dinged" as to you complaining about shipping as I said before I have never got a warning like that before, my record was clean and now you lie about shipping.I am reporting all these lies to Poshmark.Since you are pretending I shipped, I may as well ship.. I do not know why you lie about everything.Accidental purchase(Really?) it requires 2 times of moving a mouse and clicking to place an order.Now you want me to get a second ding because you don't want a bad mark against you.

I cannot deal with dishonest people so I will ask Poshmark to intervene.This is insane. Why did you go back on cancelling your accident yourself and then complain I did not ship fast enough? You didn't even try. I have dealt w/Poshmark long enough to know this should have been fixed, not the shipping warning I received!

@catknip I never ever complained about you. Never. I believe that notice you got is automatic. I'm really sorry Poshmark is making this so difficult but I am 100% on your side. I do appreciate you working with me and wish the customer service wasn't so terrible. I wasn't lying about the shipping, I just looked and was just confused about a notification they sent me about it. Thought it said shipped but said 'yet to ship' If you cancel for me, do they charge you?

@catnip I promise you I did try, I even sent you a message within the 3 hour window they say you can cancel. And if you can get Poshmark to intervene, that would be awesome. I have been trying to get them to give our issue the time of day from the BEGINNING. So maybe you have more access to the customer service than they are allowing. They can look back at all my emails I've been sending and see there is no dishonesty and restore us both back.
