rosierose03 @morganfloydd Hey I have a question/problem that I was hoping you could help me figure out. So I have a buyer who bought a T-shirt from me but I did not realize that the design mesh lining on the shirt was not in correct alignment.

rosierose03 So the buyer accepted her order about a week ago and is now asking me to refund her for the shirt bc it is not in alignment. Where the place in the shirt that is not correct is actually shown in the first picture though I was not actually aware until it was brought up. The buyer has also not read the guidelines. So as far as I have read on Poshmark guidelines, we are not allowed to make offline transactions. So I guess my question is what should I do?
