lindz_rn Thank you for your review.. I am sorry you felt shipping was delayed. You ordered on the 8th and I shipped the 9th, the post office was the delay for the rest. The item was stored safely in a clean container and wiped down with coach leather cleaner prior to sending. I do normally clean the insides with a cleaning machine but it is currently being repaired so I am sorry.
