Thank you for your purchase. (UGG’s) I guess the winter storm here is overwhelming our mail service because they are not picking up or delivering mail today. The roads are covering as soon as the plows clear it off. I’m in outskirts of the STL area in Missouri where we seldom see a major snowfall so it’s a big thing here. Just wanted you to know I’m sure by Friday your package will be on its way. I’m sorry for the delay.

@nashionall do you know that I don't get my money off hold for at least maybe 3 to 5 business days. that's not how you do business. you don't cancel an order holding up someone's money. I don't buy anything before I read. those question should've been asked before they changed my card. everytime I do business with my kind it's a problem . I want my dress . can you please relist now. I don't spend my day watching Posh. I purchase and usually my stuff arrives within 4 days with the Europeans
