Hello dear. I wanted to sincerely apologize. I had not noticed that small part coming undone. I had not used this bag for a while and when I pictured it, I did not look at the handles closely. I already contacted a luxury bag repair place and will have it fixed. I will relist it after it is repaired. In case you are interested. Again I am sorry for your inconvenience. This was a mistake and not intentional in anyways.
