@mccking Sorry you have encountered such rude and rotten behavior by this individual. Be strong and don't let her ugliness get the best of you. Don't allow her to rejoice in her intended goal. I can't see how Poshmark can allow this seller to use such unkind and insulting words with a customer. She has no right! And I believe this behavior will not go unnotice by Poshmark. If she did it you she would do it to anyone. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! And YES I reported her.

You look so beautiful in your ballerina photos. Many childhood memories come in to my mind when I look at them. I was obsessed with ballerinas when I was a little girl. I had one that gave me a 3 star and blamed me for wrong description. She bought a Halloween costume that clearly stated it was only the dress in the title and description, I guess she skipped that part. Girlfriend, we must grow thick skin in this business or else we will crumble.

I've been doing some research and found that everything you put in your description box is searchable. I am currently re-arranging all my descriptions. @lizkcurtis I researched it and found a blog by Ediza of Healthy Girl Fashion, she's very popular with posh blogs and very successful posh seller. She says never to use hashtags in the description. I guess it works best in social media but not here. Thanks for pointing that out and leading me to make changes early. I definitely would've pinch myself if I went through my entire closet and then found out. Can you imagine lol.

I did not know that Poshmark did not cancel the order....I got up in the morning and saw "SOLD" thinking you decided to purchase and cleared up stuff with Poshmark.Prior to that it said reserved and I assumed Poshmark took care of things from their end and if sufficient funds was not in your account it would be anatomically canceled on your end. You asked for forgiveness and I gave it to you....the same rule applies....Let us not be so quick to judge

It was not my fault that instead of a comment I entered a bid went through instead. I did followed immediately with you in regards. I just think you didn't want to follow through. But that's OK.
