swankythreads It appears your package is in Puerto Rico. USPS more than likely has lost your item. I have opened a case on this but the customer support brushed it off and said it should be delivered today. It has not updated tracking since the 4th. I had another package months ago get lost by USPS in Puerto Rico as well. They did refund the money . I am giving it a couple more days and I am opening another case to compensate us both. Sorry on behalf of USPS.. in the mean time I hope you receive it.
