jessie_hardman Poshmark should be contacting you about the boots and how to return them. Why did you rate me a 1⭐️? I was under the impression that you wanted to keep the boots and you really like them. Sending a wrong shipment was totally accidental, I’m only human after all. When poshmark sends you a return shipping label please return the boots and you will be refunded your money. Cordially

jessie_hardman @richardreed I just do not understand why you would rate me a 1⭐️, while we figuring this mix up out. Ratings on Poshmark are huge for seller’s. Maybe it can get figured out after your boot gets there and you could give me a better rating. This was my first time mixing up a sale and I am frustrated with myself for doing it. I apologize for any inconvenience on your end, it was completely an accident. Thank you for being communicative with me through out this.

I think you do it on your shipping and tracking information. On the bottom it says something like problem with your order. Anyway maybe check your emIl to see if they sent you can email.

richardreed @jessie_hardman just checked my emails but saw nothing from them. I did go to the order and asked them to contact me with details. I was also able to edit the rating on that. So at least I was able to rectify this. It did say it may take longer in weekend for a response. I’ll keep checking
