Hi, Carmen. We had a family loss, so I couldn’t get back home on time to ship the item faster, unfortunately I don’t have a shipping department. That’s why I Iet you know so you could have cancelled the order. I see you rated it 2 stars, even though the item was in perfect condition, brand new, unworn and just as described. I’m sorry, but I hope you understand we sellers are just people and emergencies could happen. Thank you for your purchase, anyways.
