I’m reaching out in regards to the mug that you ordered. the mug was shipped on 7/16 from NJ. the item was delivered to the shipping location on 7/23. my recommendation if you haven’t already done so is to go to your purchases, click on the mug, then click on problems/customer inquiry, you can let Poshmark know that the item was never received even though the seller, me, shipped the item.
