You could have them research fashion trends & what brands, learn product photography, keywords, creative writing, & at end of summer give each a budget to spend on products for the shop they’re responsible for...competition to see who can pick best performing item through Dec 2019. If they really researched, they’ll win. Maybe do prizes.
