At the moment I am still in the beginning stages of shopping for a Formal to wear at a friends wedding. The gown is beautiful but I want to be 100% positive before I commit. txmagic @brittanyrubalca I received the purse. Although you did disclose most of the wear damage, the pictures didn't show the extend that the leather was ripped. Also, I was not prepared for the tobacco smell when I opened the bag. I am extremely sensitive to tobacco & marijuana smells because, unfortunately, I am extremely allergic to them. I am new to Poshmark & don't know the procedure for returns. I don't want to post feedback yet because I don't want to mess up your ratings. How do I return it?

brittanyrubalca @txmagic I think you just have to dispute it through posh . When u receive item it says problem / complaint and u can click on that. Yes , I disclosed the wear of bag and thought I did a good job mentioning it amd in pictures . I'm surprised of Tabacco smell because this was from a person I know who has never smoked . So basically you have to do a complaint to poshmark and they can reimburse you

brittanyrubalca @txmagic I appreciate you not wanting to give a bad review that's very nice of you. not sure how it works if it's already been delivered . I think they give the buyer 3 or 4 days to dispute once its delivered . But let me know, I'm sure If you try they will reimburse
