dorothy_wirth Carmen I am sorry that you felt the earrings were not properly cleaned. I cleaned them thoroughly before packaging them. Perhaps they have that appearance because they are vintage. samiliu Hi Carmen, I am sorry you felt that my description for the necklace needs improvement. I honestly think that the description was sufficient and all the necessary measurements were on the posted pictures. I feel that the rating you gave me was very unfair.

patsyemerald52 @samiliu Sorry that you feel that my rating was unfair. But maybe you should be exact with measurements. Start at the tip of the tape measurements. And show the pic from the tip .Maybe that will help better know the exact size. Chain is 9 “ not 18 and pendant was tiny , I measured less than an 1 in. I’m guessing that the pic you took also was deceiving. It made the pendant bigger . When it wasn’t . So,! I was expecting something bigger , to match the pics you posted . Sorry

samiliu @patsyemerald52 the chain is 18”. It is a necklace,not a bracelet or anklet 9”. The picture showed necklace was fastened so you have to take 9x2= 18. Also, it was zoomed to show clearly the measurements was in inches and it showed the pendant <1”. I also wrapped it nicely in a gift box, packaged it nicely&included a surprised gift even though you only spent $15.00.You cannot rate a seller unfairly because you were negligent in reviewing the item you purchased. I will contact Postmarked.
