tissyek2 Hi is there a reason why my purchase has not been shipped ? I was so hoping to have it in time for Christmas. Now I know it will not arrive in time. I have not received any communication from you but I reached out to Poshmark support to see if they could contact you. I see such wonderful reviews from other buyers so I’m surprised by this with my item. I purchased it on 12/13. I sad this is my first issue with Poshmark. I really loved the bath mat too. 😢

stgilly @tissyek2 I have contacted Poshmark support several times . I dropped the package at the post office the same day that you purchased the item. It appears that it was lost at the post office or for some reason they haven’t scanned it for tracking. I pride myself on quick shipping and would not delay shipping without letting the buyer and support know. I honestly no longer have the package or item even though support gently suggests I still do or I used the wrong label.

tissyek2 @stgilly thank you for letting me know now I really appreciate it. I wish Poshmark would have shared that info with me, I would have never commented. The post office is notorious for this kind of thing however one hopes it never happens to us. I shall wait it out in hopes they find it and it ships. 🙏🏻
