jgoldenbogen Hello I’m sorry about the creases in your Neverfull, that you just purchased from me. To be honest the creases didn’t go away from the original purchase because I only used the bag twice. I would have sent it in the original box but it costs $15 extra because it’s such a huge box and with Posh taking such a huge amount of fees it’s hard to eat that cost. I hope you are able to enjoy your bag very soon.
