Hey! For some reason the boxes I have been using for ever, that Poshmark recommends you should use, have arrived to you and one other person last week with postage due. I have reached out to Poshmark but they haven’t responded yet. I’m so sorry that happened, but I will tell you the other person reached out to Poshmark and they reimbursed her.

Actually Poshmark just got back to me and sent me a letter that you can give to the post office to show that it is an approved box and you shouldn’t have to pay. If you are interested in a copy email me at

@carolb_9 I know but you shouldn’t have to. If you would like a copy of the letter that Poshmark sent me email me and I will send it. That way in the future if someone ships in a flat rate box you just show the letter and you won’t have to pay. Or take it to your local post office now so they are educated on it.
