sunny75771 @rockettcollins Hey there! Got the shoes...the booties are great and are size 11. The faux suede Orange ones are a size 9.5 or 10 and aren't a size 11. They will not even go on my foot. I can box all up and send back this afternoon or work out something for the booties? I don't know. So disappointed because those Orange shoes are beautiful. Let me know how to proceed. I haven't accepted these yet.

flourishstyling @sunny75771 Hi! I'm sorry to hear those didn't fit but I'm glad you love the booties! The Abound mules are European sizes and there is always a chance they run slightly differently than US sizing.

flourishstyling @sunny75771 I haven't had an issue with sizing for any of my customers so I'm not quite sure how to proceed. My best suggestion would be to report an issue with your order to PM and see what their customer service department suggests! If it's overly complicated or they aren't helpful, I'd suggest re-poshing them! I'm confident they will find a good home. Let me know what PM suggests! ❤️

sunny75771 @rockettcollins I went ahead and filed it with Posh. You have been so great, I didn't want to cause you any problems. 😊 BTW...GREAT Goodie Bag! Love the polish color. It was as if you knew what I liked. I am going on vacation until June 1st so will handle when we get back. If I have to Re Posh these, will probably list them as size 9.5. Really wished these were my size as they are GORGEOUS.
