cturtle144 @bbernadetteb Hi there and no worries! Yes as far as I know the button cover tops (the part with the actual design) are sterling but I can’t find a mark so they may be plated silver? I know they will tarnish. The backs of them that lock them on look to be another metal. They are very cool and unusual. I think you’d be pleased with them. And nice to hear you got a turtle fetish!

cturtle144 The necklace is suede leather with brass round beads. The turquoise and black beads on the necklace may be glass or perhaps a very hard plastic but I can’t be certain. The buffalo and oblong beads are made from animal bone. Hope this info helps. 🐢
