Hi Carol,
My name is Denise and the puppy in the window is Paisley. We will ship out your watch first thing Monday. It does need a new battery but it's a stunning watch. I just have so many my husband laughs at me. Now I'm not allowed to get a new watch, purse, or pair of shoes unless I get rid of 2. lol He is so funny.
