whatchawearing @dawnklingfuss Oh .. I see. I don’t believe it will let you ask for discount shipping .. you have to calculate that out of your counter offer. So, if you are wanting $4.99 shipping then subtract the difference of $3 from your counter. That’s the only way I can think of for you to get that $3 dollars. Hope that helps 😊
