I don't have an extra set of bracelets (like I do for the earrings) so it will take a little longer to get them. Are you still interested in me getting them to you? @cjeuck26, morning. Instead of excepting the order, open a case and let them know that we have been in touch, and you received a pair of LB earrings instead of the bracelet. They will provide a label to return the bracelets. Once I receive them they should provide a credit. I should be able to the bracelets Monday but need to get support involved. I did have another pair of the earrings so she should receive them today. 😊 Thank you for your patience!⚘

The process is for you to ship them back and you'll be provided a credit. While that is happening, I'll create another post for the bracelets at your purchase price and I'll reduce the postage since you already paid for it. Does that make sense?

Hello, yesterday I took you package to the USPS and the person who scanned it made a mistake and pressed the wrong key as “Delivered”. I went back and they checked the tracking numbers and the packages are being processed normally.
