Sorry you are unhappy with you purchase of the Polo by Ralph Lauren sweater. It is NWT but Ralph Lauren commonly runs small. As an example I’m commonly a medium but in RL I’m a L/XL...again I’m sorry you’re unhappy. If you purchase from my closet again I’ll include free shipping. Suze 🦋

Hi, I'm sorry and surprised that you saw this nwt sweater as worn. It's a very sheer sweater (which is why it ended up not working out for me) so maybe that's what made it appear worn to you. I hope you have a better experience in future purchases.
